1. Track ABI performance across the RTM: STW,STR,STC / Channel segments, price segment, category segments. Monitor ABI performance to be in-line with key strategies and provide guidance if correction or acceleration is needed.
2. Market share closing and analyze the various external (industry, consumer lifestyle, legislation, etc.) and internal (comm execution, ABI innovation, FTE, etc) drivers that impact ABI performance.
3. Leverage market insight data to understand market position of ABI while observing industry trends and competitor actions. Identify market opportunities and provide commercial guidance.
4. Identify holes in ABI portfolio, present regions (Regional Marketshare), additional market opportunities. Combine this insight with Revenue Management to identify total NR and MACO opportunity to deliver financial uplift

[Technical Skills]
1. Minimum 3 years in FMCG industry with knowledge of sales and business processes forecasting and planning.
2. Strategy development capabilities by analyzing the data and connecting the dots.
3. Strong analytical skills with handling large datasets and converting to actionable insights (Nilsen, GAC, etc)
4. Communicating skills in English (Above business-level preferred).
5. High proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), Power BI is a plus
